The tri tone filter in photoshop seemed to be moving me in the right direction.
But I'm feeling seriously let down with how a full color version turned out.
Not digging the texture, or my clean fingernails...
Any tips?

I dunno how I feel about this.....
Being unable to access any kind of screen printing set-up, let alone find the space to start putting together one of my own, i decided it was time to start fiddling around digitally to see what i could do...
The tri tone filter in photoshop seemed to be moving me in the right direction.
But I'm feeling seriously let down with how a full color version turned out.

Mister Retro has a nice Permanent Press Photoshop plug-in that I used to use. It is pretty absurd to try and control something like the simulacrum of random printing textures, though!
Oh, i know...there's something so odd about trying to create "happy accidents"-the part I love about printing in the first place. FML.
